Denne bloggen handler om å kanskje få en bedre hverdag og føle seg mer tilfreds.

Et stresset liv tar lite hensyn til kroppens signaler. Jeg opplever at müsli blandet med gresk yoghurt, som del av frokosten, regulerer magen.

Jeg tar for meg prosessen i denne bloggen, men jeg lar deg og få innsikt i kompostering av matavfallet, som er verdifull for stueplanter og ikke minst til dine egen produserte grønnsaker.

Her håper jeg på og endre innstillingen din fra å se på organisk avfall fra noe som er ekkelt, noe kommunens renovatører tar seg av, til en resurs.
Men ha det helt klart, dette passer ikke for pyser som griner på nesa hver gang de går ut med søpla eller brekker seg når de rydder opp i kjøleskapet.

Men kanskje blir vi en dag nødt, alle sammen, til å ta et tak og sørge for matproduksjon tilskudd der vi har anledning? Skal du dyrke grønnsaker bør/må du ha kompostjord!
Om du tror at kunstgjødsel er nok, er det tilfeldigvis den gode jorden du dyrker i, altså den du hadde fra før som gjør susen det første året og ikke kunstgjødselen du tilsatte.

Ønsker du derimot en god grøde første- og de påfølgende sesongene, må du starte med god kompostjord.

  • Du kan dyrke de flotteste, mest smakfulle egenproduserte grønnsaker og/eller stueplanter som du kan se trives.
